The making of the money truck

I don't even know where they came from, but we've had these 3 little wooden model kits in a closet for a long time now: a truck, racecar and boat. K saw them and asked about them, and really wanted to make them. Well, what do you know? He's old enough to build a model now!

We sanded the pieces, and painted them all:

Then glued them together:

And when the glue was dry, K had a "money truck." It apparently drives around with a truckbed full of money to give to people who don't have any. Sweet.

Dear Kobi,
We love your money truck. What a wonderful idea! It looked like a lot of work to sand, paint, and build it.
Love,

Hi, Kobi! I love what the money truck does. That's a wonderful idea.

And good work putting it together!

Hi Kobi

This is Barbara Voges, Andrea's Mom in East Lansing. I have enjoyed your blog so much and decided to sign up for your updates. I loved watching the birth of the baby whale...awesome. I can pass this on to some of my other younger friends.

Here is a web site you might enjoy.

Each day it has a new picture from outer space.

You were the hit of the wedding - please don't tell Andrea and Eric that!

Barbara
