Kobi Reads!
Kobi has recently started to read whole books in English! (At school they only teach French reading/writing.) It is very exciting for all of us, and he's working his way through a set of easy readers this week at about a new book a day.
I'm learning a bit more about video editing (just a bit though) so we've decided to webcast a few Storytimes with Kobi. Here's the first, "Puddles," in which Mouse gets quite soggy.
(Still working on the audio, but this may require a hardware upgrade...it's a bit tinny. Let us know if you can't make out the narration.)

Hi, Kobi! My computer makes it hard for me to watch the video of you reading this story right now, but I am very excited to watch it tomorrow! I'm excited that you're reading so well, and I'm very proud of you.

I love your story, and its exciting to hear that you are reading in TWO languages now. The video editing is nice, the sound is a little fuzzy, but I could get it all by concentrating.
