Full of ideas
K is full of songs, stories and ideas these days. Here are a couple of examples that come to mind:
1) Science Fair Project - K got to visit that older kids' science fair at school. Now he's trying to think up good science fair projects. His current plan is an experiment that involves eggs and various solutions in which the eggs may or may not float. (I told him we don't have to wait till grade 5 to try this out.)
2) Occupation - K has decided (yet again) what he wants to do when he grows up. What is neat about this decision is that it's the first time he's come up with something totally out of his head, and not based on admiring someone else and wanting to be like them (singer, firefighter, librarian, etc.). He wants to buy houses for people who don't have homes. We talked and he figures he'll probably have to get the money from rich people. What an awesome career path!
